Tao Yuan Ju — A Wonderful Engaging Community in China

Tao Yuan Ju, one of the largest residential communities in China, has now about 30 thousands residents and will accommodate over 13 thousand households and 50 thousands residents upon the completion of development in 2008. It started its development 12 years ago by Shenzhen Airtown (Eastern) Industrial Co. Ltd, which is wholly owned by Megaharvest International (Australia) Co, Ltd.

Its development, following the strategy of “Led by market, featured with education, supported by beautiful environment and centered by culture”, is a typical sample, marking the maturity of real estate development business in China, going through stages of venture investment of land to house buildings construction and to community development.
